Meet Elaina

Elaina Stewart, M.S., CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist who is eager to learn more about your family. She was born and raised in West Michigan and has started her private practice to serve the communities of the area. 


Over the course of her career, Elaina has worked with infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-age children, adults and their families in a variety of settings. She has worked in outpatient rehab, acute care, subacute rehab, home care, early intervention and K-12 schools.

Throughout her years of experience, Elaina has worked closely with a variety of medical and school professionals. Elaina strives to collaborate with other professionals and local resources to help families achieve their goals. 


Elaina has completed advanced trainings in the areas of: 

  • Speech sound errors

  • Language based concerns

  • Pediatric feeding disorders

  • Infant feeding difficulties

  • Tethered oral tissues (tongue, lip, and buccal ties)

  • Orofacial myofunctional disorders

  • Cognitive concerns following traumatic brain injuries

  • Vocal cord dysfunction  

Elaina is eager to learn about the communication or feeding challenges your family is facing. Elaina focuses on a strength based, family centered approach to therapy. She finds her client’s achieve their goals best through an individualized approach, specific to personal interests and daily activities. 

Degrees and Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from Grand Valley State University in 2013

  • Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University in 2015.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by American Speech-Language Hearing Association

  • Beckman Oral Motor Certified

  • Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) by the Brain Injury Association of America

  • Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT LOUD) provider
